Anhui Fuhuang Sungem Foodstuff Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called Sungem) was established in 2003, located by the side of Chaohu Lake, one of the five biggest lakes in China. Sungem owns natural wild resource and good breeding water area to do research and development of aquatic products, fruits and vegetables.
Sungem has gained HACCP, BRC, ISO9001, and ISO14001 certifications, and becomes the first batch of model enterprises approved by GAP Certification in China. Sungem has summarized one set of scientific management system in the aspects of origin control of products and product safety traceability. We have obtained the qualification for export to the USA, EU, Russia and Korea, and none of the food safety event has ever occurred.
Sungem covers an area of more than 132,000 square meters, possesses a 15,000 square meter germless workshop. There are 2 cold storage facilities with the capacity of 2000 metric tons. Sungem has built "Sungem Food Institute of Research and Development" together with Shanghai Ocean University since 2004.
Our products mainly include three series. Our fresh water series includes frozen cooked crawfish tail meat with or without fat, cooked whole crawfish, cooked flavored whole crawfish with drill, crawfish tails, channel catfish fillets, channel catfish portions, tilapia fillet, silver fish, dried fish, and salted fish; Seafood series includes canned tuna fillets, salmon fillets, pollocks, horse mackerels, roasted eels, squid tubes and tentacles, block frozen squid tubes, and block frozen squid rings; Fruit and vegetable series includes IQF strawberries, blackberries, broccoli, cauliflowers, asparagus, green beans, mixed vegetables, taros, burdock, lotus roots, bamboo shoots, frozen okras, potato cubes, potato diced, frozen boiled white rice, chips, chestnuts, canned sweet corns, canned mushrooms, canned green peas, dehydrated garlic, carrots, and onion powder/granules/slices.
Our products are sold to the United States, Russia, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, Czech, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong.
